She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter J. Muskovac and Cleda Muskovac (Exacustides). She is survived by: her siblings, Peter J. Muskovac Jr. of Florida, Eric W. Muskovac (Laura) of Michigan, Marcy L. Aubele (Nicholas) and Huntingdon; her nephew Peter, III; and her nieces, Lauren, Cecilia, Mariana and Haley.

Cathy is a "HERO", by an act of kindness, giving the gift of life through organ and tissue donation.
