He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas F.; and his sister Shirley Supp. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Leonard (Balsinger); and his sons, Michael Leonard (Maria), Jeffrey Leonard (Patty) and Keith Leonard (Anastasia) of Moon Twp. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
