He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Felix and Ruth Ferguson Felix; his brother Danny Felix; and his stepchildren, Brenda Hicks, Sandra Felix, Beverly Burrows and Jacquelyn Ashbaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Arleene E. Burrows; his stepchildren, Patricia Thompson and Earl "Bo" Burrows of Eau Claire; and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Felix of Parker, Ken Felix of Sharon, Connie Wiley of Pardoe, Sandy Thornbury of Forestville, Kathy Thornbury of Forestville and Doris Walters of Mercer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
