He is survived by: his wife Lee Ann Campbell (Wheeler); his stepchildren, Emily Reichelt of Jacksonville, FL, Rhiannan Davenport of Butler and Maya Davenport-Ray of Butler; and his siblings, Lynette Simpson (Randy) of Warren, OH, Connie Hillard (Ken) of Hilliards, PA, Kimberly Campbell of Hilliards, PA, Diane Rudolph (Jim) of Parker, PA and John Boben (Margaret) of Spring, TX.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
