He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan and Eugenia; his brother Yuri; and his son-in-law Douglas Wilken. He is survived by: his wife Inge; his children, Dona Koshowany, William Koshowany (Janine), Brigitte Joranlien (Henry), Regina Novo (Freddy) and Detlef Hoffmann (Susan); his grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew, Kateryna, Samantha, Alissa, Benjamin, Erika, Curtis and Roxanne; and his great grandchildren, Tetyana, Henry, Mathew, Parker, Bennett and Avery.
