He was predeceased by: his parents, Katharine II (Stine) and William B. Mackey, II; and his brother Austin Quick. He is survived by: his wife Michelle T. Mackey (Del Villaggio); his niece Carla Kresge (John) of Palmer Twp, PA; and his cousin Jim Stine of Tampa Bay, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
