He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Starner and Florence Starner (Dewalt); his grandson Caden L. Starner; and his sisters, Doris Curto and Debra Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Uhler and Thad Starner; his sisters, Louise Hoy and Gail Tashner (Steve); his brother-in-law Richard Allen; and his grandson Landon Uhler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
