She is survived by: her parents, Rose Kozak of Bangor and Paul Turner of Easton; her sons, Jaicob A. Reaser, Joseph A. Lakatos and J'avi A. Kozak; her siblings, Jesse J. Kozak (Domenica Amato) of Bangor and Alexa L. Kozak of Bangor; her nieces and nephews, Elise, Julie, Kennedy, Jordan and Jahzaron; and her friends, Andy and Pattiann Causa. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family.
