She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Gambino and Jennie Gambino (Calabrese); her husband Isaac Mahaffey, Sr.; and her siblings, Mary (Frank Bronico), Josephine Shandor, Angelo (Lois Gambino), Anthony (Sadie Gambino), Rosie and Florence Gambino.
She is survived by: her children, Isaac Mahaffey, Jr., Jennifer Mahaffey-Kuna and Roxanne Mahaffey-Vincent; her grandchildren, Sav, Nick Vincent, Frankie, Isaac Kuna, Angelo and Dante Mahaffey; and her brother-in-law Yonk Shandor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
