He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Kuhns (DeLong); his daughter Rachel Ann; his sister Sheila Kuhns Green; and his father-in-law Oliver Smith. He is survived by: his father Arthur M. Kuhns of Breinigsville; his wife Sandra J. Kuhns (Smith); his sisters, Fayeann Rohrbach (Monroe) of Breinigsville and Danita Short (Craig) of Allentown; his mother-in-law Barbara J. Smith of Whitehall; and his siblings-in-law, Debra Barbera (David) of Bethlehem and Robert Green of Northampton.
