She is survived by: her children, Tanysha Mathis, Tara Lucas, Trinity Lucas and Raymond Davenport; her siblings, Paula Neumann, William Slinger, Jodi Felipe, Kimberly Creazzo and Luis Ryan; and her caregiver Chelsea O'Toole.
