It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Lurig (Easton, Pennsylvania), born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on February 21, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Manfried Lurig and Lillian Boesch Lurig; and his son Robert Peter Lurig. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Jane DeCataldo Lurig; his son Matthew Lurig (Carolyn Carvino) of Easton; his siblings, Manfried Lurig of Frenchtown, NJ and Evelyn Hauck of Bangor; and his grandchildren, Maddox, Hailey, Ben, Liam, Robert and Monique Melise.
