He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Rutan and Eleanor Rutan (Robinson). He is survived by: his wife Jill Rutan (Dalrymple); his children, Scott Rutan (Amy) of Jim Thorpe and Tammy Anderson (Joe) of Morrisville, NC; his grandchildren, Skylar Rutan of Wilson Borough and Niko Anderson of Morrisville, NC; and his brothers, Jay Rutan (Sue) of Bucks County and Richard Rutan (Liz) of Williams Township. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
