He was predeceased by: his parents, Sergij Kutas and Dunia Kutas (Hohula); and his sister Anna Huzva. He is survived by: his children, Michael Kutas (Peggy) of Waco, TX, Janine Kutas-Hille (Thomas) of Newtown, PA and Nadia Kutas of Pocono Summit, PA; his sister Anastasia Kashuba of Ukraine; his grandchildren, Nathan Kutas (Trang), Aubre Moock (Troy) and Tyanah Kutas; and his great grandchildren, Myah, Keylon, Landyn and Jensyn.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Michael's name to St. Mary Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
