He is survived by: his wife Helen Border (Person); his daughter Kelly Deemer; his grandson Zachary Border (Emily); his great grandchildren, Jacob and Hannah Border; his brother Russell Border (Rose); his stepbrother Ricky Rice (Larry); and his sister-in-law JoAnne Garrity.
