He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank E. Sisco and Roberta W. VanWie Sisco; and his sister Carrie Cortright. He is survived by: his children, Misty Sisco (Aaron Diehl) of Forks Township, PA and John M. Sisco Jr. (Candi Kocher) of Palmer Township, PA; his grandchildren, Dakota, Braydon, Danica, John III and Cobi; and his siblings, Adral Hoffman, Elizabeth Perrine, MaryAnn Werkheiser, Frank W. Sisco, Frances Shriver and Joan Morgan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
