It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan L. Cornelius (Easton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 1, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edward Garis and Dorothy Garis (Apgar); and her husband Charles A. Cornelius. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly A. Heimbach of Easton and John E. Cornelius (Bonnie) of Quakertown; her grandchildren, Melissa Lehmann, Andrea Fehr (Eric), Julie Weiner (Jason), Daniel Cornelius (Emily) and Matthew Cornelius (Mary); and her great grandchildren, Taylor, Allie, Brett, Ellie and Grant.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (602 W Berwick St, Easton, PA 18042). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
