She is survived by: her mother Cathy Ciccarelli; her daughters, Megan Creazzo of Bushkill Township and Allison Creazzo of Woodstock; her grandchildren, Adriana and Jax Gomez; and her siblings, Polly Ciccarelli (Matthew Minor) of Stroudsburg and Michael Ciccarelli (Jennifer) of Quakertown.
