He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Barlow and Anne Barlow (McArdle); and his siblings, Joan Warmby, Doreen Wright, Anne Hine and Nigel.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Barlow (Theresa) and Louse Wright; his son-in-law Peter Wright; his grandchildren, Leanne Wright, Gavin Wright (Holly), Nicole Beld (Marco), Stephanie Riker (Adam), Jackie Wright (Adam Raybin), Ashley Conroy (Ben), Allyse Barlow (Major Warren Sheprow) and Austin Barlow (Brooke); and his great grandchildren, Ella Riker, Michael Cope, Alec Wright, Chase Riker, Stella Beld, Natalie Riker, Nora Riker, James Barlow Conroy and Eleanor Margaret Conroy. He is also survived by nieces.
