She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Sherer (Zigler) and John A. Sherer; and her brother Thomas Sherer. She is survived by: her children, Stephen George (Tracey), Marvin George (Peggy), Tammy George and Gary George (June); her sister May Sherer; her grandchildren, Marvin, Jr., Kerri Ann, Rachel, Allison, Jessica, Elizabeth, Destiny and Summer; her husband Marvin L. George; and her brother John, Jr.. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
