She was predeceased by: her parents, George Fields, Sr. and Sallie Fields (Knight); her son Paul Scott; and her siblings, Janie McKinnie, Robert Lee Knight, Christine Wade and Charles Knight.
She is survived by: her children, Charlene Strickland (Lawrence) of Allentown, Shirley Johnson of Allentown, George Johnson (Diane) of Easton, Maryanne Johnson of Catasauqua, Sallie Johnson of Winston Salem, NC and Ronnie Ward of Palmer Township; her siblings, George Fields, Jr. of Fort Wayne, IN, Lucille Mabry of Trenton, TN, Mattie Morton of Fort Wayne, IN and Mary Scott of Fort Wayne, IN; and her grandchildren, Thomas (Luz), Qiana (Dwayne), Latisha, Lawrence (Chrissy), Ronisha, Shyeeda, Terrajah, Caprice, Oliver, Ahjah, Jalecia, Quintin, Chad (Tanesha), PJ, Danny and Alisandra. She is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
