He was predeceased by: his father Harmon Fowler, Jr.; and his sister Mary Gaddis. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Graden (Gaddis) of Hempstead, NY; his wife Leticia C. Cedeno-Fowler; his children, Anastacia, Harmon IV, Elias and Idris; and his in-laws, Hector Cedeno of Brooklyn, NY and Calitta Orana of Easton.
