She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Sos and Theresa Sos (Hasko); her husband Lester L. VanHorn, Sr.; and her siblings, Maryanne Sos, Douglas, Butch and Bill Sos.
She is survived by: her sons, Lester L. VanHorn, Jr. of Easton, PA, Raymond Trumbauer and George VanHorn (Sylvia) of Washington; and her stepdaughter Carol. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
