He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Dietterich and Helen Dietterich (Hahn); and his siblings, Bonnie Evans, Neil and Clarence Dietterich.
He is survived by: his children, Jarid Dietterich (Toni) of Harvey's Lake, Kyle Dietterich (Missy Sienicki) of Bethlehem and Cheyann Crisci (Pasquale) of Palmer Township; his brother John Dietteich (Jane) of Roseto; his sister-in-law Barbara Dietterich; and his grandchildren, Gabriella, Domenic, Jarid, Jr. and Emily. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews and many neighbors.
