He is survived by: his wife Terry Hoff (Miller); his daughters, Lindsay Hoff of Palmer Twp and Laura Hoff of Carlsbad, CA; and his sisters, Donna Musselman (James) of Nazareth, PA and Darlene Holmes (David) of Wilson Borough.
