She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Stem, (Kraus) and Kenneth Stem, Sr.; and her brothers, Kenneth and Walter Stem. She is survived by: her husband Ralph F. Powell; and her sisters-in-law, Elsie Amy and Dawn Medlar. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke's Hospice, 801 Ostrum St., Bethlehem, PA 18015.
