She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Kahle and Rosa Anna Kern; her former husband Oscar Mutter; her husband William F. Knight, Jr.; her brothers-in-law, Kenneth Nagy and Steven Knight; and her son-in-law Steve Hansen.

She is survived by: her stepchildren, William F. Knight, III (Deborah Knight), Marie Knight Hansen, Trudy Dejesue (Steve), Stephenie King Knight (Robin) and Christopher Knight; and her sisters-in-law, Jacqueline Nagy and Mary Knight. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many grandchildren.
