It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Benner III of Easton, Pennsylvania, born in Montclair, New Jersey, who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin W. Benner and Sarah Benner. He is survived by: his wife Carol Benner; his stepsons, Paul Shanklin (Courtney) of Temecula, CA and Jeff Shanklin (Heather) of Lebanon, NJ; his grandchildren, Kelly, Madingly Shanklin and Reid Shanklin; and his brother Robert Benner (Linda) of Emlenton, PA. He is also survived by two nieces and a nephew.
