Sylvia Z. (Zelonka) Karafinski Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Z. (Zelonka) Karafinski of East Vandergrift, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 16, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Zelonka, and Helen Zelonka, Sr. (Chelko); her husband Adam John Karafinski; and her brother Joseph E. Zelonka. She is survived by: her son Kurt Karafinski (Debby) of Glenshaw; and her grandchildren, Christopher Karafinski of Glenshaw and Kiersten Karafinski of Sharpsburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
