She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Zukowski and Maria Zukowski (Nicpon); and her husband John Galka. She is survived by: her daughters, Helen E. Schmidt (Edward) of Oklahoma Borough, Jessica J. Rainey (Leland) of Parks Township and Christine M. Perona (Joseph) of Gilpin Township; her grandchildren, Steven Holmberg (Kathy), Justin Perona (Erin), Jesse Perona, Jill Perona, Joey Perona (Stephanie), Denise Caldwell (Tim) and Jackie McGraw (Bruce); and her great grandchildren, Jessica, Samantha, Alexis, Mason, Jordan, Alyssa, Arianna and Joey. She is also survived by brother and sister in Poland; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
