He is survived by: his daughter Kerrie Curtis (John) of East Stroudsburg; his grandchildren, Andy Tanner of Washington, DC, Caitlyn Curtis of East Stroudsburg and Alexis Curtis of East Stroudsburg; his sister Sharon Hoffner of Marshalls Creek; and his nieces and nephews, Joann Burkhart, Lori Jo Hertzler, Michelle Hallett, Ken Hammerstone, Craig Hammerstone, Tim Hoffner and Kirk Hammerstone. He is also survived by several cousins and many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
