He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy G. Treible and Donna Smith (Notestine); and his brother Scott Treible. He is survived by: his spouse Cindy Treible (Moore); his son Wayne L. Treible, Jr.; his significant other Bobbi Jo Strohl; his stepchildren, Nicole LaBar and Richard T. Coyne (Kaylee Norydk); his siblings, Brenda Fish (Michael), Terry Treible and James Treible; his stepfather Richard Smith; his stepsister Diane Smith; his mother-in-law Leanora Wicks; and his siblings-in-law, Steven Moore (JoAnn), Carol Snyder (Kevin) and Kelley Sickles.
