It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter W. Hoffner of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 21, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hoffner and Eva Hoffner (Mackes); and his siblings, Barbara Powell and Larry Hoffner. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lee (Williams); his children, JoAnn Clark (Larry) of Kunkletown and Timothy Hoffner (Lexa) of Minnesota; his grandchildren, Brandon Burkhart (Amira) of Effort, Zachary Burkhart (Tarra) of Effort, Julia and Jacob Hoffner of Minnesota; his stepgrandson Tristan Clark; his great grandchildren, Xzavier Burkhart and Layla Burkhart; his sisters, Diane George of East Stroudsburg and Carol Serfass; and his pets, Coco, Tucker and Joey. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
