It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian C. Cobbs (East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Cranford, New Jersey, who passed away on January 3, 2020, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Cobbs and Louise Bailey Cobbs (Etheline). She is survived by: her cousin Catherine Chambers (Kenneth Chambers); her friend Parish; and also Kenny of Plymouth Meeting, PA.
