He is survived by: his parent Barbara Clouse (Skrip) of East Stroudsburg; his children, Victor III, Jonathan, Joshua, Joseph and Jacob Clouse His; his grandchildren, Abigail, Mason, Jonathan and Lexie; and his siblings, Annette Clouse of East Stroudsburg, Michelle Miller (Brian) of East Stroudsburg, Thomas Clouse of Georgia and Michael Clouse of Orefield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
