He is survived by: his close friend Cheryl Beck of East Stroudsburg; his children, Holly Popecki (Jeremy) of East Stroudsburg and Bradley Rinker of East Stroudsburg; his grandsons, Logan Popecki and Dylan Popecki; his former wife Melanie Rinker (Palmer) of East Stroudsburg; his siblings, Roxann Kemmerer (Steve) of Stroudsburg and Scott Rinker of West Virginia; and his nephew Sean Kemmerer of Indiana.
