He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Garris of Cresco; and his brothers, Charles Garris Jr. (Lynne) of East Stroudsburg, William Garris of Bushkill and David Garris (Patsy) of East Stroudsburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
