We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2018, at the age of 90, Richard O. Slutter (East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Phyllis D. Slutter (Terboss); and his parent Walter Slutter. He is survived by: his parent Florence Slutter (Hallett); his son Richard K. Slutter of East Stroudsburg; and his brothers, Donald Slutter (Donna) of Stroudsburg and Lester Slutter of Stroudsburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the East Stroudsburg Fire Department, Acme Hose Co #1, 380 Chestnut Street, East Stroudsburg PA 18301.
