Houk of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Miami, Florida, who passed away at the age of 84, on December 13, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Patrick and Bernice Mae Pettay (Ewart); her husband William T. Houk; and her daughter-in-law Patti Curtis-Houk. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Houk of Fort Worth, TX, Ronald Houk (Donna) of DeLancey and Lori Houk-Hineline (Brian) of East Stroudsburg; her grandchildren, Kayla Krukova, Erica Boyles, Casey Farcus, Carey Young, Curtis Houk and Samantha Houk; and her brothers, John Pettay (Dorothy) of Grayson, GA and Timothy Pettay (Lavonne) of Port Orchard, WA. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
