He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Sr. Bogart and Evelyn Bogart (Berger); and his siblings, LouAnn Bogart, Chester Bogart, Jr. and Ronald C. Bogart.
He is survived by: his brother Donald L. Bogart of East Stroudsburg; his sisters-in-law, Freda Bogart of East Stroudsburg and Jenny Bogart of East Stroudsburg; his niece Melissa Azzalina; and his nephews, Ronald Bogart, Jr. and Chester Bogart III.
In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be made to The Salvation Army or St. Luke's Hospice.
