It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael A. LaBar of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 30, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Richard LaBar; and his brother Richard LaBar. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn LaBar (Bisbing) of East Stroudsburg; his children, Jessica LaBar-Palumbo of Coopersburg, Michelle Staples of Missoula, MT and Michael LaBar of Kissimmee, FL; his grandchildren, Kelleigh, Jordan, Adysen, Caiden, Chloe, Harper and Hudson; and his siblings, Debra Zeigafuse of Bartonsville and Stanley LaBar of Elk County. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the William H. Clark Funeral Home (1003 Main St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360). A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial remembrances be made to The Salvation Army, 226 Washington Street, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.
