She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Simon and Evelyn Simon (Hineline); and her brother Frank Simon. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Hughes (Casey); her children, Jerry Hughes Jr. (Amy) of East Stroudsburg, Simon Hughes (Missy) of East Stroudsburg and Michele Merklin (Dave) of East Stroudsburg; her brothers, Phil Simon of Stroudsburg and Mark Simon (Alicia) of East Stroudsburg; her sister-in-law Kathy Simon of East Stroudsburg; her grandchildren, Ryan, Justin, Tyler, Megan, Jenna and Evan; her great grandchildren, Quinn, Olivia and Levi; and her friend Cathi Antoine. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
