Scott of East Stroudsburg and Kelly Middaugh (Charles) of Stroudsburg; her grandchildren, Evan Scott, Samantha Scott, Tate Jernigan, Dixon Jernigan, Hunter Jernigan, Jennifer Middaugh and Jordan Middaugh; her great grandchildren, Griffin Scott, Avery Scott and Charlotte Jernigan; her significant other Richard Modeski of East Stroudsburg; and her siblings, Virginia Manfredi of Rumson, NJ, Patricia Christy of Sea Bright, NJ, John Petruzziello of East Hanover, NJ and Mari-Lynn Morrone of Belford, NJ.
