He is survived by: his close friend Betty Fontaine of East Stroudsburg, PA.; his children, Tammy Gates of New York, Shawn Gates of Canada and Melissa Gates of Canada; his stepchildren, Crystal VanderSchans of New Jersey, Raymond Fontaine of East Stroudsburg, PA and William Fontaine (Kelly) of Taylor, PA; his adoptive daughter Trisha; his daughter-in-law Wendy Gates; and his grandchildren, William (Mimi), Raymond (Katherine), Tommy, Megan, Ashley, Hanna, Casandra and Jennifer. He is also survived by 19 Great grandchildren.
