He is survived by: his wife Retha G. (Armstrong); his parents, Salvatore Provenzano and Delores Provenzano; his children, Christina Provenzano, Joseph and Salvatore Provenzano; and his siblings, Susan Raio, Maria Provenzano and Frankie Provenzano. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
