With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Kulp (East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 5, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Kulp and Rose Kulp (Thompson); his wife Joyce L. (Ross); and his son Joel Kulp. He is survived by: his sons, Randell and Wendell Kulp; and his brother Dale Kulp. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
