He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Yolanda Curran (Rodriguez); his parents, Elaine Curran (Tiplady) of Newark, NJ and Joseph R. Curran, Sr.; his daughters, Jessica Hilliard (Jason) of East Stroudsburg, Noreen Spradlin (Joe) of Bath and Elaine Trillich (Herb) of Denville, NJ; and his grandchildren, Wyatt, Joseph, Michael, Jocelyn and Jason, Jr..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial remembrances be made to the American Melanoma Foundation.
