He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ann Hochreiter Mikula of East Stroudsburg; his children, Eileen Flaherty of East Stroudsburg and David Mikula (Nancy) of Pennsylvania Furnace; and his grandsons, Ryan Flaherty of Philadelphia, David Jakob of Pennsylvania Furnace, Alex of Pennsylvania Furnace, Luc of Pennsylvania Furnace and Ty Mikula of Pennsylvania Furnace.
