He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Sr. Rowe and Helen Rowe (Perrine). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen M. (King); his children, Kristine Glein of Tampa, FL and Brian Rowe of Marlton, NJ; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Michael Fescina, Ailyn, Tahlia, Soraya and Zade Rowe.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial remembrances be made to St. Joseph's Center, Scranton, PA or Pregnancy Resource Center of the Poconos, East Stroudsburg, PA.
