He was predeceased by: his parents, William Vincent and Mabel Henry (Pugh); his siblings, Clarence, William Jr., Robert, Norman, Pearl and Mildred; and his sons, Wesley and Wyatt.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Henry (Smith); and his children, Jerry Henry Jr. (Dawn), Jeffrey Henry (Claire), George Smith, Morgan Smith (Glenda), Barbara Matthews (Marty), Dawn Smith (Shawn) and Lori Smith (Harry). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
